TFC CFS Cobblemon Compatibility integrates TerraFirmaCraft, Cobblemon, and Cobblemon Field Survival for Minecraft 1.21.1.

Prospect Field Skill

Rock-, Ground-, and Steel-type Pokémon can prospect for nearby TerraFirmaCraft ore deposits.

When Prospect is used, the Pokémon:

• Searches only for TFC veins and ores—Cobblemon evolution stones are ignored.
• Walks up to eight blocks toward the closest deposit.
• Turns toward its trainer and cries to indicate the direction.
• Walks directly above nearby ore and performs a Bulldoze animation to mark where to dig.
• Reports ore direction, depth, approximate distance, and deposit size.

Prospecting requires the Pokémon to be sent out, conscious, close to its trainer, and have enough Field Survival stamina.

TFC-Aware Mining

Cobblemon Field Survival’s mining systems now understand TerraFirmaCraft terrain:

• Every registered tfc:rock/* block can trigger Field Survival mining rewards.
• TFC prospectable ores are recognized by autonomous Ore Mining.
• Poor, normal, and rich variants of the same mineral are treated as one vein.
• Ore blocks embedded in different TFC rock types remain part of the same connected vein.
• Pokémon collect the drops defined by TFC’s native loot tables.
• Rock/Ground/Steel skill to locate veins/ores (prospect)

The addon also provides:

• TFC-aware Cobblemon spawning surfaces and habitats.
• Berry and plant growth support on TFC terrain.
• Cobblemon berry-grove generation in suitable TFC climates.

• TFC-compatible recipes for several Cobblemon machines and items.
• Habitat mappings for forests, wetlands, grasslands, mountains, caves, islands, oceans, and other TFC environments.
