The Cyborg Age mod adds cybernetics to Minecraft

Description
The Cyborg Age brings brand new items to the game, giving you the ability to use cybernetics to improve your abilities.
Generate power through walking, find the nearest player and move faster - all thanks to your brand new cybernetics!
To craft these items you are going to have to get some Cyborg Fragments dropped from cyborgs, you will also need the Core Integration Circuit dropped rarely from Cyborgs in order to unlock the core slot.
To find cyborgs you will first need the Ender Dragon to have been killed in your world, after that all players will periodically have a Cyborg Scout entity spawned around them, the Cyborg Scout will drop a Cyborg Beacon which can be placed to spawn waves of cyborgs.
If you are playing with the Patchouli mod, you can craft a Cyborg Manual book that explains everything in the mod.
