Description

The Rocket Sword

A single powerful weapon that lets you dash through the air, fire explosive rockets, and blow things up.

How to use

Input Action
Tap (right-click, release quickly) Dash forward in your look direction
Hold (right-click, charge up) Fire an explosive rocket with recoil
Left-click (melee) Small launch boost forward
  • 5 second cooldown after each use
  • Durability drains on use — dash costs 2, rocket costs 5
  • The sword visually breaks during cooldown and returns when ready

Crafting Recipe

Recipe

Requires mid-to-late game materials. You'll need to raid a Nether fortress first.

Enchantments

Supports all standard sword enchantments (Sharpness, Mending, Unbreaking...) plus 5 custom ones:

All five custom enchantments displayed on item frames: Afterburner, Overdrive, Heatseeker, Warhead and Zero-G

Enchantment Max Level Effect
Afterburner III Reduces cooldown by 0.5s per level
Overdrive III +50% dash and rocket power per level
Warhead III +0.5 explosion radius and more damage per level
Heatseeker III Rocket locks onto and curves toward the nearest enemy
Zero-G I Negates fall damage after a dash or rocket launch

Without Zero-G you will take fall damage from your own rockets.
