The Spider Creeper

 Introduction

Don't you wish for more horror elements in Minecraft, well this mod should do the trick. the Spider Creeper is a new miniboss that mimics creepers. This mob has multiple abilities and a unique drop that you can use for new items. This mod also takes inspiration from a certain Hollow Knight boss.

How to Find One

Finding a Spider Creeper is pretty tedious. The mob disguises itself as a regular creeper so it can blend in with the crowd. But there's a few hints that tell you that its a mimic, and not a real creeper. The Spider Creeper will stalk and follow you for long periods of time, it will keep following you until you get extremally far away from it. Also, its footsteps sounds like a spider's footstep instead of the normal silent footsteps that the creepers make. It also likes to stay near other spiders. Finally, it doesn't explode when you get near it.

The Fight Itself

The Spider Creeper can run and climb just like a regular spider. It can run at fast speeds to catch up to you. It also poisons you on attack. It can also summon regular creepers to help it fight, but, it gives these creepers a pretty big speed boost so they can easily catch up to you. Finally, it can summon webs on you to slow you down, catch you off-guard, and easily attack you.
