Makes all music discs, vanilla and modded, throwable like little shurkiens with:
- Configurable damage, range, durability, enchantability
- Mendings disabled by default for balance
- Support for vanilla and modded enchants like sharpness, smite, fire aspect
- A new material for repairing that drops after any music disc is broken
