Tiered Hoppers
Adds three new tiers of hoppers:
- Gold Hoppers have 9 inventory slots and can transfer 5 items per second.
- Diamond Hoppers have 27 inventory slots (same as a chest) and can transfer 10 items per second.
- Netherite Hoppers have 54 inventory slots (same as a double chest) and can transfer 20 items per second (one item per tick).
