Small "Herb"-smoking mod.

This mod currently adds:
A variety of "Herb rolls" (Yes, they do work and they create smoke and give you different status effects on use)
Crafting recipes for "Herb rolls" and the materials needed to craft them.
(REQUIRES PLAYER ANIMATOR)
