The Adventurer guild

The Adventurer Association is a practice project for us, but we take it seriously. It adds a lightweight RPG-style progression system to Minecraft, including contribution points, adventurer licenses, a guild structure, and NPC trading.

Features

Contribution Points
When you kill a monster, you will receive contribution points based on its max HP. You can spend your contribution points in the Trade Screen.

Adventurer License
When you enter a world, you will find an Adventurer License (Level D) in your inventory. In the current version, it only shows how many contribution points you have. We will add more features in future versions.

Adventurer Guild
You may find this structure in Plains biomes. This is just one of the traditional Chinese-style structures. You will find two NPCs inside.

NPC
You can open the Trade Screen by right-clicking on an NPC.

Trade Screen
It is the highlight of our mod. It shows you six random enchanted books or poisons. Enchanted books and poisons from other mods can also appear here. Every enchanted book costs 648 contribution points, while every poison costs 499 contribution points. That is the part where your fortune really matters.

Installation

  1. Install Minecraft Forge for 1.20.1.

  2. Download the mod file.

  3. Place the .jar file into your mods folder.

  4. Launch the game.

No additional dependencies are required.

Future Plans
There are still many envisioned features that have not been implemented yet. As we are high school students in China, updates may be slow. We appreciate your patience and support.

Known Issues

  • The Adventurer License currently only displays contribution points.

  • More guild structures and NPC interactions are planned.
