Description
Flashing Totem
I found it annoying that in many texture packs, the totem constantly flashes while it's in your offhand. This client-side mod changes that behavior: the totem only starts flashing when you open your inventory. The rest of the time, it uses the normal texture.
Settings
The mod includes a configurable settings menu accessible through Mod Menu.
Available settings:
Flash Color
Choose the color of the totem flash animation. The color can be changed directly from the configuration menu.
Starting Frame
Choose which animation frame the totem starts on when opening your inventory.
- Default: Frame 2
- Available options: Frame 1 - Frame 5
Animation Delays
Customize the delay of each individual animation frame.
Available options:
- Delay 1
- Delay 2
- Delay 3
- Delay 4
- Delay 5
These values allow you to control the speed and feel of the totem animation.
Compatibility
Minecraft versions
- 1.21.11
- 26.1.1
- 26.1.2
- 26.2
Mod loaders
Fabric
- 0.19.3
No support for other loaders

How it works
The mod renders an animation on top of/next to the the main totem in vanilla Minecraft. Other mods could interfere with this mod and cause some bugs.
