About

Description

TQuickSwap

Me and my friends are starting a new hybrid survival-creative server. Having temporary storage chests seemed like a hassle so I made this mod.

TQuickSwap is a Minecraft server-side mod that introduces the /swap command for fast, seamless switching between Survival and Creative modes while preserving player state. Inventories, experience, ender chests, locations, and more remain persistent between swaps.

Features

  • Efficient mode switching: One simple command—/swap—toggles your gamemode.
  • Persistent state: Keep separate inventories, experience, and ender chest contents for each mode.
  • Server-side only: No client dependencies, reducing complexity.
  • Singleplayer: For online or offline play.
  • Lightweight integration: Minimal overhead, easy installation.

Compatibility

  • Minecraft Versions: Fabric 1.21.8, NeoForge 1.21.1, Neoforge 1.21.8
  • Loaders: Fabric or NeoForge
  • Environment: Server-only

Why TQuickSwap?

Admins, builders, and roleplayers benefit from instant creative/survival toggling without losing progress or gear. Unlike default commands, TQuickSwap preserves every aspect of gameplay across modes.

Usage

/swap

Run /swap to switch gamemodes instantly. No parameters required. Permissions optional depending on server setup.

Setup

  1. Download the correct build for your server loader (Fabric or NeoForge).
  2. Place Fabric API in server's mods folder. (Neoforge can skip this step)
  3. Place the .jar file in your server's mods folder.
  4. Restart your server.
  5. ???
  6. Profit!!!
