After that, the incubation period begins, lasting up to 20 minutes. Then, depending on the specific illness, a "Special Symptom" will eventually manifest - each disease has its own unique one! This will add variety to your game. I highly recommend playing in a team of at least three players-it’s much more interesting that way - though playing solo is also an option.

• A Virologist's Crash Course: (start of the study) After using the "Blood," you need to obtain the "Virologist's Course" to help diagnose your illness. But be careful! Once you confirm the disease, you are putting your life on the line-and the mod limits your lives to just three!

You can find the Virologist's Course in villages or craft it. The recipe is provided below!

Take your time identifying your symptoms - otherwise, you might make a mistake! You can both add symptoms and remove ones that you haven't experienced.

• Meet the Virologist! The Virologist loves to investigate! And he definitely has the solution to your problems! It’s the "Disease Treatment Courses". You can purchase each one for 12 Emeralds. He also sells additional consumables: sleeping draughts and syringes.

But the Virologist himself lives in every village except the Desert one! They don't like deserts...

• Creating a Vaccine! Creating a vaccine is an extremely delicate process; the brewing stage requires the utmost care!

It is also important not to forget the "Medical Cauldron"—this is precisely where the vaccine is brewed. You can find it in the Virologist's House or craft it using the recipe below.

By following the treatment course and finding all the ingredients to create a vaccine for your illness, you can cure yourself or help a friend - or, alternatively, help a friend with insomnia by injecting them with a sedative!
