REQUIRES THE ORIGINS MOD BECAUSE THESE ARE LITERALLY ORIGINS
REQUIRES THE PEHKUI MOD FOR ANY SIZE CHANGES

This is a datapack that adds three new origins based around the three mob vote candidates from October 2023. Crabble: the crab origin, Pengui: the penguin origin, and Arma: the armadillo origin.

+ Scuttle: Your legs are not built for normal movement. You move faster side to side and when crouched, but slower straight forward or backward.

+ Cartoonishly Noisy: Your sideways movement is too quick, and will still set off sculk sensors when crouched.

     *You can walk quieter with Swift Sneak III

+ Sideways Step: You can climb a couple blocks up before needing to take a rest.

     *Toggle on and off with [Primary]

+ Crabby Claws: Your claws allow you to reach blocks slightly farther away. They are unfortunately useless when reaching further entities.

  • Slip: All surfaces are slippery beneath your webbed feet.

  • Slide: With enough speed you can slide from land over the water's surface, but will sink as soon as you stop sprinting.

         *Once you stop sprinting, you will need to touch dry land again to slide on top of water

  • Penguin Build: Your flippers and small size allow you to swim notably faster than a human.
         *-.5 height

         *x2 swim speed

  • Piscivore: You are used to hunting fish, so it is slightly more filling and saturating, but all other food is barely useful to you.

  • Huddle Up: A smaller body means less to keep warm, but your kind will still huddle together for heat and will heal more effectively when very close to others.

  • Shell Armor: You can curl up by crouching, giving you extra armor points and causing you to fall faster.

         *+6 armor

  • Strike: Quickly roll at enemies, damaging any you hit with more and more power depending on the strength of your armor.

         *Dash forward with [Primary]

  • Armor Gaps: The gaps in your shell are vulnerable, making you much more susceptible to damage when not curled up.

         *+25% damage received when not crouched

  • Favorite Snack: You can eat spider eyes without issue, they're quite tasty. Any wolf friends you share them with will also find them tastier.

  • Hunched Over: Your shell does make you hunch a bit.

         *-15% height
