Description

Isn't it strange how fishing in minecraft never got any love? Well, I wanted to give it some.

True Fishing makes fishing feel real. Fish swim up to your hook, nibble, and then take it. Right click when they take it to hook them, then play the fish with the scroll wheel. They run, jump and fight back, and sometimes you lose them.

Some of what you get:

  • Bait, lures and live bait
  • Fish of different sizes, and a legend fish in big waters
  • Schools and hunting predators
  • Rods you can set down and leave
  • A fishing journal, trophies and tournaments
  • Magnet fishing

Works with fish from other mods too. Needs to be on both the server and the client, and it is fine for modpacks.
