True Steps

Did you ever find that running in Minecraft was overpowered ? Well... Of course you don't... Nobody does... Anyway, this mod is simple : it makes running without shoes or boots difficult, such as real life !

By wearing no boots :

• You have a random chance (configurable) to get damage from sprinting ;
• You can enable jumping damages to penalize bunny hops and 1 height jump ;
• This makes early boots (such as leather boots) much more useful.

If you wear any type of boots (modded one included), you'll play standard Minecraft as usual.

This mod is developped to work on server side.

Run the game with the mod installed once, then in the config file :

• Slowness effect true/false ;
• Slowness level ;
• Random sprinting damages true/false ;
• Jump damages true/false ;
• Random sprinting damages % chance ;
• Base damage dealt to player ;
• Chat notifications (only to client) true/false.
