Description

Allows anvils to apply special enchantment books above vanilla limits without changing vanilla enchanting/anvil mechanics. Includes configurable XP costs for over-level enchantments and repairing over-level items.

To-do: -Repair overleveled items with materials (Currently only supports repair with like items) -Remove "Too Expnesive!"
