Description
Upgrader: Road to Fortuna
Upgrader: Road to Fortuna is an expanded Upgrader experience built around item upgrading, an evolving economy, shops, reward cases, item values, and risk-and-reward gameplay — all directly inside Minecraft.
⚙️ The Upgrader
At the heart of the mod is the Upgrader.
Choose an item, select what you want to upgrade it into, and take your chance. The value of the items involved determines the balance of the upgrade, making every upgrade a decision between a safe reward and a bigger risk.
The Upgrader features a polished interface, animated interactions, item searching, categories, sorting, page navigation, customizable item values, and support for items from installed Forge mods.
You can configure item values directly through the in-game editor, allowing the economy to be adapted to your own world or server.
💰 Your Own Economy
Road to Fortuna introduces its own player economy.
Every player has their own balance, which can be earned through selling items and other economic activities.
The economy is connected to the value system of the Upgrader, meaning item values can directly influence the prices used throughout the shop.
This creates a connected progression system where valuable items are not simply collectibles — they become part of the player's economy.
🛒 The Shop
The Shop allows players to buy and sell items using their balance.
Items are connected to their values in the Upgrader, creating a dynamic relationship between the Upgrader and the Shop.
The Shop can be expanded with additional products and categories, allowing servers and modpacks to build their own economy around the items they use.
Whether you want to sell valuable resources, buy useful items, or build up your balance for something much bigger, the Shop gives your items an actual economic purpose.
🎁 Reward Cases
Road to Fortuna also introduces reward cases.
Cases can contain different types of rewards, including:
- Armor
- Weapons
- Tools
- Enchanted books
- Valuable resources
- Modded items
- Rare and special rewards
Different cases can have different prices, reward pools, rarities, and chances.
The case-opening experience is designed around a fast, animated roulette-style presentation, making every opening feel like an event.
Higher-tier cases can contain significantly more valuable rewards, while cheaper cases provide an easier way to participate in the economy.
⭐ Item Rarities
Items can be assigned economic rarities based on their value.
Possible rarity levels include:
Common → Uncommon → Rare → Epic → Mythic → Legendary
Rarity can be used throughout the economy and reward system to distinguish ordinary items from extremely valuable ones.
This system is designed to work with modded items as well, rather than being limited to vanilla Minecraft.
📊 Item Values
Every supported item can have its own value.
The value system can be used for:
- Upgrader calculations
- Shop prices
- Selling items
- Reward cases
- Item rankings
- Economic progression
Values can be customized through the in-game editor, allowing server owners and players with the appropriate permissions to create their own economy.
🔎 Powerful Item Management
Finding items is simple.
The editor includes item searching, categories, sorting, page navigation, and support for large item collections.
Items can be sorted by their value, including the most expensive and cheapest items, making it easy to find exactly what you are looking for.
The system is designed to work with items registered by Forge mods, allowing supported modded items to become part of the economy automatically.
🎨 A Polished Interface
Road to Fortuna focuses not only on functionality, but also on presentation.
The mod includes custom interfaces, animated elements, visual feedback, item previews, organized menus, and a roulette-inspired case-opening experience.
The goal is to make the economy feel like an actual part of the Minecraft world rather than a collection of commands and menus.
🏆 Progression
Your goal is simple:
Start with nothing. Upgrade your items. Build your balance. Take risks. Find valuable rewards. Build your fortune.
Whether you are playing alone or on a multiplayer server, Road to Fortuna gives your items a purpose beyond simply collecting them.
How far can you take your fortune?
