About

Description

Beta builds of the mod require Geckolib

Welcome to Vault Storage

The goal of the mod is to invent an interesting storage method that still stay true to the base vanilla game. Instead of adding in an all-you-can-put type of block or storage system, this mod adds in special Chests and Crates with interactive mechanics to drastically free up the storage pressure for early and mid game with noticeable features such as Shulker Box behavior for every blocks. The appearance and mechanics for these blocks are inspired from the infamous Vault Hunters modpack.

Content:

When killing a Creeper typed mob, there is a 5% chance by default, that you can obtain its skull. Using the Creeper Skull, you can craft the storage blocks by the mod, which include:

- 9 types of Vault Chest (from 1.18 VH 3rd Edition) vault_storage.png

- 4 types of Vault Crate (from VH 1.16)

Scavenger-Crate.png

After successfully obtained a Creeper skull, you can upgrade the skull into one of these compact storage units. Each units offer a unique inventory and properties of their own, depend on the used materials.

Modpack permission: You are permitted to freely distribute this mod in your own modpack.

Known bugs:

For 1.12.2 versions: Rotation Lock feature from Quark when used, will delete the content of Scavanger and Boss Crate when the mod tries to rotate the blocks to the desired directions.
