About
Description
Villager Wear Armor lets villagers wear real armor. helmet, chestplate, and boots. Protect your traders, dress up your village, or hunt for rare armored villagers out in the world.

What you can do?
- Equip armor yourself ~ right-click a villager while holding a diamond, iron, gold, or leather helmet, chestplate, or boots.
- Take it back ~ sneak + right-click with an empty hand to remove armor you gave them.
- Leather dye support ~ dyed leather armor keeps its color on the villager, just like on you.
- Armor wears down in fights ~ armor you gave them takes durability when the villager gets hit. When it breaks, it’s gone.
Village finds
Some villagers already spawn wearing armor. Find a fully geared villager… or just a helmet, chestplate, or boots.
- Leather is the most common.
- Iron and gold show up sometimes.
- Diamond is rare and special.
Natural armor is locked ~ you can’t take it off by hand. Kill the villager if you want the gear (it drops worn, not brand new).
Extra details
- Farmers can’t wear helmets ~ if a villager becomes a farmer, the helmet disappears.
- Works on adults and baby villagers.
Keep your villagers safer. Gear them up. Make your village look cooler.
