VoxyMap Addon for Bobby

A real 3D map of your server. Everything you have explored is shown as actual 3D terrain rendered by Voxy. Fly over mountains, look into valleys and buildings from any angle, in any dimension.

Press M and the map opens with everything you have seen on the server, not only the chunks around you. The terrain comes from the cache that Bobby keeps on your disk. If you want a classic view, V switches to a fast top-down 2D map. The mod is client-side only, nothing goes on the server.

Features

Every dimension

Overworld, Nether, End and the other worlds of the same server can be picked from a list, even if you are not there right now. The Nether gets its red fog and light, the End gets its sky. Other dimensions are loaded into Voxy in the background, so the 3D view is ready by the time you open it.

Player focus

Blocks between the camera and a player are cut away with a soft blurred edge, so you can follow yourself or any other player through roofs, caves and tunnels. When you zoom in close the view widens a little, and the player carries a small invisible light so caves are never completely dark.

Routes

Right-click any point or waypoint and choose Route here. The path is planned over the terrain you have explored: walking, roads, swimming, boats, and elytra with rockets for long distances. A card at the top of the screen shows distance, time and the next step, and the line is drawn on both the map and the minimap. There is also /voxymap route <x> <z>.

3D and 2D

Both views share the camera, so switching does not lose your place. Layers cut the world at any height, the same way Litematica layers do, and the 2D map has a cave mode. The minimap follows the same layer.

Objects and waypoints

Waypoints, players, territories and schematics are in one list with search, tabs and sorting by distance, name, type, recently added or build progress. Waypoints have beams, death points, temporary marks, sharing to chat, and import from Xaero's Minimap and JourneyMap.

Players and mobs around you can also be shown right on the 3D map as real models with name tags (optional).

Two designs

The default interface is our own clean pixel style. There is also a Vanilla design where every button, slider and panel looks and sounds like regular Minecraft.

Also included

• Radar for players, mobs and items. On the 3D map players and mobs are drawn as real models at their real size.
• Minimap with info lines of your choice: coordinates, Nether coordinates, biome, light, time, chunk, facing.
• Overlays: chunk grid, slime chunks, mob spawn light, biomes.
• Screenshots of any map area, and time of day and weather for the map view only.
• Settings menu with search, categories and reset for each setting. H shows all hotkeys.
• Fair-play rules from servers are respected (no radar, caves or minimap where the server asks for it).

How it works

If VoxyMap LTS is installed as well, VoxyMap Addon takes over and LTS stays inactive. Its waypoints and settings are copied over on the first start.

Requirements

Minecraft 26.3, Fabric Loader, Fabric API, Sodium, and Bobby and/or Voxy (both are recommended).
