# Elytra Chestplate

Ever wished you didn't have to choose between armor and flight? Now you don't have to.

## What it does
Combine a **Diamond** or **Netherite Chestplate** with a regular **Elytra** on an anvil, 
and you'll get a single piece of armor that gives you both:
- ✅ Full chestplate protection (armor points + toughness, identical to the original piece)
- ✅ Complete Elytra flight — glide exactly like the vanilla Elytra
- ✅ Enchantments from both items carry over to the merged result

## How to use
1. Open an anvil
2. Place your Diamond or Netherite Chestplate in the left slot
3. Place a regular Elytra in the right slot
4. Take your new merged item from the output slot
5. Wear it in your chest armor slot and fly away!

## Notes
- The merged item uses its own separate durability, shared between combat damage and flight wear.
- Works great alongside other armor and elytra mods — no conflicts expected.
