Wither Parry Reward

Land a well-timed Epic Fight parry against a Wither's skull-shooting attack and it takes counter damage right back. A plain guard/block does nothing extra — only a genuine parry triggers the reward.

Why this exists

Epic Fight's combat loop rewards precise parry timing against most enemies with a stagger or counter window, but the Wither's skulls are a projectile attack that just gets blocked like any other hit — there's no extra payoff for reading and parrying them specifically. This mod adds one: a successful parry sends a few points of damage straight back into the Wither that fired the skull.

Features

• Triggers on the Wither's skull-shooting attack specifically (both the black "decay" skull and the blue explosive one) — its other attacks (melee, etc.) are unaffected
• Only a true parry counts, not a plain guard/block — recognizes:
  • Base Epic Fight's Parrying / Impact Guard skills
  • EFN (Epic Fight Nightfall)'s Parrying skill
  • WoM (Weapons of Miracles)'s Perfect Bulwark active-parry (charge) finisher
• Configurable reward damage (rewardDamage in wither_parry_reward-common.toml, default 3, range 1-10)
• Server-authoritative; safe in multiplayer
• EFN and WoM are both optional — neither is required for the mod to load or for base Epic Fight parries to work

• Epic Fight Nightfall (optional — adds its own parry to the reward)
• Weapons of Miracles (optional — adds Perfect Bulwark's active parry to the reward)
