🔧 Workbench Recipes (Forge 1.20.1)

Workbench Recipes is a lightweight utility mod that allows modification of recipes from mods that use custom workbenches.

It provides a simple way to override and control crafting systems that are not accessible through vanilla datapacks.

⚙️ Features

  • Override recipes from mods with custom crafting tables

  • Replace existing recipes with custom ones

  • Improve control over modpack balance and progression

  • Lightweight and focused implementation

🧠 How It Works

Many mods introduce their own crafting systems that cannot be modified using standard Minecraft datapacks.

This mod allows those recipes to be:

  • Modified

  • Replaced

  • Controlled more directly

Changes are applied to custom crafting systems used by other mods.

🎯 Use Cases

  • Rebalancing overpowered recipes

  • Adjusting modpack progression

  • Standardizing crafting across multiple mods

  • Creating custom gameplay experiences

📦 Important Notes

  • This mod does not add new content by itself

  • Intended primarily for:

    • Modpack developers

    • Server owners

🔗 Compatibility

  • Minecraft Forge 1.20.1

  • Designed for mods that use custom workbenches
