Rougelike Dungeons | Custom Structures | Twilight Forest | The Betweenlands | Revamped Nether | Custom Ore Gen | Revamped Loot Tables
Tired of all that tech? Dislike the microcrafting and thousands of resources required for the next upgrade? Want to see new ways to use mods you're familiar with?
Archane Anarchy is a pack designed to move away from the common automation based modpacks with tedious microcrafting and instead focus on exploration, combat, and often under-utilized magic mods that have been used throughout modded minecraft. With scaling difficulty, inter-mod progression and unique enemy mechanics there's still a challenge—but it's going to be a challenge that (literally) keeps you on your toes, rather than at a crafting table or looking at a storage inventory.
For those new to modded Minecraft, an expansive questing book will guide you through key progression points in the pack should you get lost—but it won't hand hold you all the way through. Key quests will highlight what you might need to get next, but you are still free to progress on your own without the questing guide at all. If you're a player that has experience with mods, you'll probably be able to find or make use of items that you may have not considered using before, explained and highlighted to you through optional quests that can enhance your playing experience or even make it easier.
