About
Description
This mod pack is meant to make vanilla survival Minecraft a bit more entertaining and add some variation while maintaining the spirit of Minecraft.
This pack was conceived to be entertaining for the player and for a viewer and includes TwitchSpawn which allows viewers of livestreams to make things happen in the world. The mod includes a default ruleset for twitch streamers that intend to add a bit of chaos without allowing the chat to hardcore grief:
Bits
- 10-50: Creeper Fakeout
- 50-100: Drop equipped item
- 100-200: Drop entire inventory
- 200-500: Put the Player in Timeout
- 500-1000: Raise a zombie army
- 1000+: Player must waterbucket skydive
Followers
- New followers spawn a tamed animal named after the follower
Subscribers
- Subscribers drop a diamond for the streamer
Gift Subscribers
- Drop a diamond for everyone logged onto the server
Chat Messages
- Chats that start with "!feedme" will drop a steak for the player, can only happen once a minute and a chatter can only spawn 1 steak per hour.
In order for twitchspawn to work streamers will need to setup their api keys on the server and start twitchspawn on the server. Streamers can even create their own custom set of rules about how their viewers can interact with the game. Visit twitchspawn's documentation to learn more about the required setup.
Additionally, the mod adds several interface features that are intended to make the game smoother to play.
And finally the mod adds some additional technology, structures, mobs and bosses, magic, travel, and more to make the world feel more alive and dynamic.
Hope you enjoy it!
