BenInCO's Lite Pack

This 1.16.4 modpack is an attempt to enhance the Vanilla experience for people on less powerful PC's by including only a small selection of the more popular mods available in larger modpacks (FTB: Revelation, Valhesia, etc.)

To make exploration easier and more appealing we have included Xaero's map mods (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/xaeros-world-map) which include a waypoint system and, if OP'ed, the ability to teleport between those waypoints.

For server admins who don't want to give their players OP permissions we have included Waystones. These can be found in the wild or crafted and placed at home to allow users to travel freely between them without using teleport commands.

To further encourage exploring we have added a mod for upgradable backpacks to greatly increase the player's carrying capacity and add several utility features.

To help players with travelling we have added Craftable Elytras and the Angel Ring (grants creative-like ability to fly) mod.

For players looking for a safer place to mine, we have added the JAMD mod for creating portals to a mining dimension with no underwater caves, water or lava and no need for torches.

For people looking for a little bit of magic in the world we have added Astral Sorcery (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/astral-sorcery). Players can progress through a magic system based on harnessing starlight and finding constellations in the night sky to unlock additional power.

We have also included JEI to help find recipes for these mods.
