The mods are very good like apple skin it lets you instantly heal when you eat.

Fancy Menu lets you customize your menus.

Simple Voice Chat lets you use your voice to chat with others

Mod Menu let `s you see your mods on the mod menu provided by the mod

Journey Map gives you a mini map and a fullscreen map what can be opened with keybinding set for it

Sodium lets you  change settings for performance if you cant use shaders without it

The Waystones mod lets you place waystones and teleport to the waypoints you already found or placed

Thats it hope you enjoy also there are more mobs so have fun
