UPDATE NOTICE: Due to problems, MFR/LootBags will remain at a lower version as there are many errors with the newer version...
DO NOT UPDATE the MineFactory Reloaded Mod until errors are fixed.
DO NOT UPDATE the LootBags Mod until errors are fixed.
Be sure to use a regular crafting table to resolve recipe conflicts. Default crafting tables have the GUI to cycle through recipes that may have multiple items attached to the recipe.

This is an EXPANDED overhaul of the original FTB Beta A modpack for MC 1.4.2. This new MC 1.7.10 version has added the same/comparable mods & a few more tweaks and addons , it is the complete essence of that which was FTB Beta A 1.4.2
BetaA Redux Simple is now BetaA Redux Lite and has its own project page. Please feel free to link there for the new "Lite" version and a Skyblock version is available here
Be sure to use a resource pack compatible with ExtraBiomesXL
This pack is designed so that at any level of progression within the game, there is equipment which can be made/designed to keep tech progression going strong.
Low Level: Start small with resource hunting - Eureka, EZ Storage, TiC, and Smeltery
Mid Level: After obtaining some resources, travel to new lands, integrate with tech, begin simplifying processes w/Jetpacks and machinery - MystCraft & Twilight Forest, Thermal Expansion, IC2, and Buildcraft
High Level: Lots of gathered resources, tech integration maximized, modular powersuits, strong weapons, nearly endless flight. and Fusion/Fission power reactors - Reliquary, Modular Powersuits, NuclearCraft, TechReborn (Gregtech)
End Level: Beat the End Dragon and continue your life through journeys to other dimensions and worlds
Don't be foolish though, tough enemies, blood moons, and an array of resource hunting hurdles will provide some tough challenges for the player attempting to survive this original and yet remade pack of FTB's first showcased mod feature 1.4.2 Beta.
