The Create mod works as the main energy source to power all the other mods contents like Refined Storage or Tempad.
You will be able to build huge Create-Factories in an almost vanilla-generated world and gather necessary resources to create Extreme Reactors, which produce the necessary amounts of Forge Energy. You can craft useful tools or build huge production lines with recipes merging all mods. But you have to keep an eye on the pollution your factory produces and build greenhouses to counter those emissions.
This Modpack can also be played in Multiplayer with the use of Create: Numismatics.
