CARBON is a modpack for 1.12.2 that is based around high tech ways to deal with pollution.
Manage dust in mines, and carbon in the sky with filters.
Make expansive power plants with reactors, turbines, cooling towers.
Make sure not to pollute or irradiate your base!
There is a quest book to lead you through the modpack, the main goal is to collect all the anomalies.
