WHAT IS CODEX ARCANA?
Codex Arcana is a Minecraft Modpack with and official server designed for MULTIPLAYER running on a 1.20.1 Forge Server, Medieval themed with magic, quests, factions, dragons and lot's more

✨ The Goal is to build a community where:

- Players are in a story based world starting with "Age I"

- Players can suggest ideas and create polls for stuff to be added to the server which
  includes custom items, rituals, dragon skins, blocks

✨ Gameplay facts:

- Proximity Voice Chat
- Leaderboard
- Cannons, catapults, castles, factions
- Essential commands (back, home, warps, tpa…)
- Magic (more than 200 different spells including Black Magic, Archmage rank, shapeshifting ability)
- Server events (build competitions, dragon fights, magic fights, special drops etc)
- Optimized (Optimized for multiplayer, tested on:  Ryzen 3 4300U and 8GB RAM,  result=60FPS)
- Special items hidden throughout the world
- You can become an archmage, then you can morph into other mobs
- Tectonic+Terralith world generation with Distant Horizons
- NO GATEKEEPING (all magic spells, skills, dragons and dragons skins can be unlocked by any player)

- Lootr (You no longer have to be the first person to reach a dungeon or shipwreck; even if 10 people have been there before you, the chest will still have loot waiting for you but if you loot it, it will not generate again) 

✨ Players can:

- Do magic rituals
- Learn magic spells
- Complete quests
- Tame and ride dragons, bring them to combat etc… (6 different dragons)
- Join a faction, claim land with friends
- Make public shops, trade items, public trade routes (your own economy)
- Claim or buy citizens
- Give those citizens weapons, armor, make them guard your base/castle
- Explore new biomes and world gen.,
- Explore new structures,
- Fight new bosses,
- Earn unique items
