Survive the end of the world, investigate the Gigant Plane Wreck and discover what escaped from Anomaly Assistance.

Crash World is an apocalyptic survival modpack for Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge. Create a new world and wake up inside an emergency bunker while the Overworld becomes a devastated Wasteland filled with abandoned cities, aggressive undead and escaped anomalies.

The beginning

Create a new world and enter it normally. The modpack automatically applies the Wasteland setting and builds the starting bunker around each player. Every player can claim a backpack and choose their own equipment through FTB Quests.

Two story locations are generated near the bunker:

• Anomaly Assistance: an underground facility 96 blocks east, containing records, a mirrored sector and evidence of the containment breach.
• Gigant Plane Wreck: an old aircraft wreck 192 blocks west. The crash happened years ago, so the ruins are covered by moss, vegetation and cobwebs, without active fire.

Campaign and rewards

The Crash World Protocol contains 30 story quests and one repeatable contract. Prepare the bunker, search abandoned streets and pharmacies, investigate survivor transmissions, recover the plane's flight recorder and collect contaminated samples.

Rewards include:

• One survival backpack for every player.
• Two weapon choices from a 12-gun arsenal.
• Two initial ammunition choices.
• Resupply missions offering a choice between ammunition or useful survival items.
• Food, tools, materials, armor, medical supplies and unique rewards.

This version contains no shotguns.

Main features

• Zombie Awareness and Undead Nights: zombies react to sound, blood and light, with recurring horde nights.
• Blue's Better Zombies: improved zombie models, variants and animations through EMF and ETF.
• TaCZ: pistols, a revolver, submachine guns, assault rifles and precision rifles.
• ParCool: parkour movement and wall running.
• ItemPhysic Full: dropped items fall and rest naturally on the ground.
• HT's TreeChop: trunks are chopped progressively before the full tree falls.
• The Lost Cities: ruined cities across the Wasteland.
• What Lies and Cave Dweller: horror threats tied to the Anomaly Assistance story.
