Wither storm guide:

WHERE TO START

First you have to find the house that always spawns at X=0 and Z=0m, there you will find an abandoned shack with basic loot (this doesn't vary it is always the same loot), you have to find a way onto of the roof where the recipe for a wither storm will be there, it will have 2 skulls on already but one is on the ground, grab the one on the ground a place it on the command block summoning the wither storm, once spawned it will always chase you or any player that's it's closest to (it always knows where you are). For the next half hour you will just play normally except being chased by a wither, use this time wisely to get geared up. You can also use some things to distract it to run as far as you can, trust me you will want to be as far from it as possible. You also can't make a permanent base as the wither storm will consume blocks nearby.

If you're close to the Wither Storm it will try to consume you by pulling you in with a tractor beam, you can break the tractor beam by shooting it's eye with an arrow or by punching it, once broken you will need to land for water by either bucket clutching or landing for nearby water.

Withered Symbiont

The Withered Symbiont is a wither-sickened mutant created by the wither storm, this is a mini-boss which you can only attack it from the back, once defeated it will a drop a book that contains the power of a command block. You can use this book to make a weapon using a diamond tool combined with the book in a smithing table. To progress the death of the wither storm you should craft super TnT, once crafted you will then have to make the Formidi-Bomb, it will have a timer of 600 seconds once crafted, if that time hits 0 then it will explode. You will bring it to the wither storm and place it down (the wither storm will have to be phase 5, you will know when it will be phase 5 as it won't progress it's phases), once the bomb is placed it will begin to detonate and the storm will pull it in with the tractor beam. Then after all that, the witherstorm is defeated, or so it seems

Stronger Than Ever

As the wither storm collapses on the ground you will have to walk towards it, as you get closer the command block  seems to have not took any affect from the bomb, trying to attack it will re-activate it bringing the wither storm back from the dead, but now... there's one giant storm and 2 smaller storms, the Formidi-bomb done nothing but made it worse, you will have to wait for another symbiont to spawn and use the command book it drops to make a diamond weapon, it can be anything as it does the same damage to the command block.

After making you will have to wait for the wither storm to reach phase 7 and have consumed enough entities (phase 7 is the final phase), after it has consumed enough entities then a massive hole will form which you need to enter inside.

The Bowels

The bowels is the finale of the wither storm, this is what it looks like inside the storm, traverse through the tunnel to which the command will lay in a room, once hitting it the fight will begin, the block will raise up so you would want to have some blocks to tower up, it will also spawn sickened mobs that will attack you, after hitting again, it will launch you away, the tentacles will wake and start to attack you, it will also spawn a symbiont to kill you, the tentacles will leech onto you and start damaging you, after towering back up and hitting it you will get launched again and the heads will start to pull you with it's tractor beam, you can disable these normally with a bow or hitting it. Finally after all that, you hit it one final time and it is defeated, you can fall into the hole to teleport out the storm, if you don't it will automatically teleport you out, outside the storm will fade from existence and finally, will be defeated for good. As soon as it fades you will be rewarded with a special nether star as a reward. You have defeated the storm
