Create Airships (Fabric)

This modpack is currently not in active development: This modpack is not currently being updated, and as of right now we do not plan to start updating it in the future.

A Fabric port of the Create Airships modpack including Create, Create Big Cannons, and Valkyrien Skies Eureka, as well as some QOL mods like AppleSkin and Zoomify. 
These mods work very well together to provide a great steampunk experience while still preserving the vanilla feel. With this modpack you can create forts with cannons, giant steampunk Create mod machines, and mega airships with hangars to hold your fleet. This mod is perfect if you are bored of vanilla Minecraft and want some new content, but don't want to learn a ton of complicated mods, and want to preserve a vanilla+ feel.

Modlist:

Main Mods

• Eureka! Ships! for Valkyrien Skies (Forge/Fabric) - an add-on for Valkyrien Skies that allows the creation of ships and airships
• Create Fabric - the Create mod comes to Fabric!
• Carry On - a utility mod that allows you to carry mobs and block entities if both hands are empty
• Lithium (Fabric) - a performance mod for Fabric
• Sodium (links to their modrinth page - please download there if not included)

Create Addons

• Create Big Cannons  - adds Cannons to Create
• Create Deco Fabric - more decoration blocks for Create
• Create Enchantment Industry Fabric - an addon for create that adds liquid XP and automated/industrial enchantment
• Create: Steam 'n' Rails -  a fun add-on adds a lot more to Create trains, as well as some extra steam tech

QoL Mods

• AppleSkin - a QoL mod that allows you to see a preview of how much hunger and saturation a given edible item will yield
• [FABRIC/QUILT] Disable Custom Worlds Advice - removes the warning about custom world types for datapacks that modify world generation.
• Farsight [Fabric] - a Level of Detail mod that allows uses cached chunks to simulate a longer render distance on servers
• Global Packs - allows for resource packs to be preloaded on world generation in a similar way to datapacks - either optionally or required
• Just Enough Items (JEI) - a QoL mod, useful for looking up recipes from mods
• Mod Menu - adds a mod menu to Fabric, similar to the default one in Forge
• FTB Ranks (Fabric) (by FTB)  - Allows server owners to set ranks for players; added for server compatibility
• FTB Teams (Fabric) (by FTB) - Allows players to create teams; added for server compatibility
• FTB Chunks (Fabric) (by FTB) - Adds a map with the option to claim chunks via a GUI
• Simple Voice Chat - allows for in-game voice chat
• Zoomify - a Fabric alternative for OK Zoomer

Dependencies:

• Architectury API (Fabric/Forge) (by shedaniel) - Dependency for FTB mods
• Fabric API - required for most Fabric mods
• Fabric Language Kotlin - A dependency of Valkyrien Skies that allows Minecraft mods to use the Kotlin programming language.
• Flywheel - Fabric version this is included with Create
• FTB Library (Fabric) (by FTB) - Dependency for FTB mods
• Indium - a soft dependency for Create Fabric
• Valkyrien Skies - a dependency of Eureka! Ships which is a library mod that adds in physics and buoyancy that can be used by other mods like Eureka! Ships to make all sorts of cool things.
• YetAnotherConfigLib - a dependency for Zoomify

Packs

Resource Packs

Required for floating island world type:

• Scattered Floating Islands - changes the normal Overworld world generation to scattered floating islands

  • Rainbeau's Flying Villages - villages are rare, so this adds a new custom village type

  • Craftable Heart of The Sea - while Treasure Maps generate in shipwrecks, the Buried Treasure chests don't seem to generate, as the land they would generate in is rremoved. This resource pack makes Conduits an option but doesn't break progression
    The above packs can be disabled on world generation for normal worldgen with no extra recipes or village types, they are just pre-loaded as enabled for ease of new world creation.

    Optional, but recommended:

• Create Structures - Add-on for Create that implements naturally generating structures containing early-game Create contraptions and items
  This pack can be enabled on world generation, it is just pre-loaded as disabled, as it uses command blocks. Enable at your own risk!

Texture Pack

• Eureka! Create Airships! a texture pack for Eureka! Ships that brings the Create visual style to Eureka blocks and entities (and has a cool name, too!)

Still to Add:

• Create: Alloyed - (awaiting a Fabric port) A soft dependency for Create Big Cannons and an addon for Create that adds in a couple new alloys to create and some associated blocks.
  

If you have any suggestions, please put them in the suggestions channel in the Discord server. With this modpack we aim to keep a vanilla+ feel.
We plan on making a new modpack in a few months called Create Airships+ which will be a bit more heavily modded and will release in a few months. Some mods you suggest may not fit the feel of this modpack, but we might save add them to Create Airships+. A version of this pack with the Essential Mod is available here.
