Distant Mods 1 is a custom-built modpack designed to push the boundaries of Minecraft exploration and industry. Built around the revolutionary Distant Horizons mod, this pack allows you to see terrain rendering for hundreds of chunks without melting your PC, creating a truly immersive open-world experience.

Whether you are exploring massive mountain ranges or building a factory that spans the horizon, this pack offers the perfect blend of scenic beauty and deep technical complexity.

• Guided Progression: My first trial with FTB questing, so please, I welcome ideas for this and any other aspect of the pack :)

 System 

This pack is designed to give that "All The Mod" feeling to lower end computers.

• RAM: Minimum 6GB allocated, 8GB+ Recommended.

• Important: For the best visual experience, go to your Video Settings > Distant Horizons and set your LOD render distance to 128 or higher!

 Server Setup

If you want to play with friends:

1. Download the Server Pack from the "Files" tab.

2. Ensure your server properties use allow-flight=true (LOD loading can sometimes look like flying to the server).

3. Pre-generation Recommended: For the smoothest lag-free experience, I recommend pre-generating your world using Chunky before playing.
