FTB Skies 2 is a next-generation skyblock experience built on Minecraft 1.21.1 with a focus on rewarding gameplay, custom mechanics, and player-driven progression. With hundreds of hours of content and deep integration between popular and custom mods, you're reaching for the stars in this pack.

Choose Your Path

In Skies 2, players progress by selecting one of three fully developed and balanced resource generation paths:

• Path of Crystalmancy
  Harness the power of budding geodes, crystal transformation, and arcane material synthesis using custom mechanics like FTB Ez Crystals, GeOre Nouveau, and Productive Metalworks. Discover a new way to grow your empire; one gem at a time.
• Path of Cultivation
  Dive into sustainable farming through Mystical Agriculture, Productive Bees, and Fishing Overhaul. Grow, breed, and fish your way to success, combining automation and biological mastery.
• Path of Prospecting
  Engineer powerful contraptions using Create and Create: Sifting. This path is perfect for players who enjoy complex mechanical automation and the thrill of unearthing treasures from raw materials.

Each path is unique, yet complementary. You can follow one or master them all.

Custom Questing & Player Agency

• 1,000+ custom-designed quests that go beyond the typical "craft every item" format.
• Includes turn-ins, exploration objectives, observations, challenges, and boss kill goals.

Expanding the Vanilla Experience

Vanilla mechanics aren't left behind, instead they're enhanced and reimagined. From Piglin bartering, villager trading systems, completely custom wandering trades to mob farms and Happy Ghast mounts and enchanting allays, everything integrates into the modded experience.

Player Growth and Combat Progression

• Level up using Pufferfish's Skills, Apothic Attributes, and Relics.
• Equip powerful Curios, Jewelry from Iron’s Gems 'n Jewelry, and enhanced gear with Apothic Enchanting.
• Fight your way through a gauntlet of bosses and elite mobs using spells from Iron's Spells ‘n Spellbooks, rituals from Malum, and tech from Industrial Foregoing and Mekanism Unleashed.

Custom Worldgen & Final Challenge

Explore a world of custom-designed floating islands featuring detailed biomes, dungeons, and secrets. From twisting jungle treetops to frostbitten cliff spires, every island is hand-crafted.

Over half a dozen uniquely custom built starting islands are available when you begin your journey from the minimalist floating dirt block with a tree, to grandiose Amethyst Isles, steampunk-inspired Steamworks, and more.

Your ultimate goal? Conquer the fully reworked Feed The Beast Pyramid. This endgame structure is the most demanding version yet and will test your knowledge, skills, and automation abilities across every major content mod in the pack.
