This is the Dragon n' Bones. become a maximum thaumaturge with thaumcraft, or a dwarf with a riches in metals with Embers.
Go into caves in search of ores and find dragon nests, and if you're tired of the normal world, explore a new nether generated by NetherEx or new dimension the Twilight forest, and build your homes and bases with Rustic and Earthworks.
All in a light and stable modpack, and watch out for the sirens XD
