EXTREME PERFORMANCE

One of Elarion's standout feature is its integration of Nvidium, a rendering mod that uses mesh shaders to create a fully GPU-driven rendering pipeline, which significantly boosts frame rates by shifting much of the workload from the CPU to the GPU, Nvidium delivers smoother gameplay, noticeably higher FPS, much faster chunk loading, and excellent stability even at high render distances (chunks) — something vanilla Minecraft and most modded setups struggle with. This makes exploring vast worlds and enjoying heavily modded environments far more seamless and responsive. (Still needs a decent GPU!)

(This feature currently only works on NVIDIA GPUs that support mesh shaders, the modpack will still work on non-Nvidia GPUS but the nvidium will have no effect, and Nvidium does NOT work with SHADERS. You can disable Nvidium in Video Settings if you want to play with shaders).

Elarion also includes C2MEF, a performance-focused mod designed to improve Minecraft’s chunk generation, chunk loading, and world I/O performance. It works by making better use of multiple CPU cores, allowing more chunk-related tasks to run in parallel instead of being limited mainly by the game’s main CPU thread. By reducing this bottleneck, C2MEF helps the game generate new chunks much faster, handle chunk loading more efficiently, reduce exploration-related stutters, and make world loading smoother overall.

Alongside Nvidium and C2MEF, the pack includes other performance and optimization mods too.

Since there are a lot of mods, i've set up the keybinds without them overlapping, you can change them to your likings 

NOTE:

This is a very large modpack, and it's highly recommended to allocate at least 12 GB of RAM for a better gameplay.

Elarion is currently in early development, you may encounter some issues.

NEW MECHANIC!!!

With the v26 update, there is now a mod called "Advanced Hostility", which allows mobs from different mods to interact with each other through configurable behaviors. They can be set to proactively attack certain mobs, ignore others, etc. I have custom-configured these interactions to create more natural predator–prey and rivalry behaviors for animals across different mods. With these rules applied, the world becomes more active and interconnected, instead of every mob acting like they exist alone.

Additional Behavior

Medium and large predators will actively attack villagers, making settlements more dangerous.
