Engineering: Simulated

Engineering: Simulated is a modpack that I started making when Create: Aeronautics released.

In the beginning, I just wanted to make a quick modpack to play with my friends, but I got carried away. What happened next was 2-3 months of adding mods, tweaking recipes and adding progression.

Now, that summer holiday has started, I feel this pack is finished enough to play.

So what came of this?

This pack is mostly tech/progression-themed, with lots of building, performance and QOL additions.

Most prominent mods:

  • Create (duh) + addons
  • Create: Aeronautics
  • Immersive Engineering (mid-game processing)
  • Refined Storage (late-game logistics)
  • KubeJS + addons (custom content, mechanics, recipes)
  • Multiblocked2 (custom machines)
  • William Wythers' Overhauled Overworld (beautiful overworld)

Custom Content:

  • Custom processing lines
  • Rewarding ore processing in the mid-game
  • Custom mechanics
  • Reworked IE Excavator
  • Custom items and powerful Armor
  • 4 Custom Machines, including a Nuclear Reactor
  • Custom Structure(s) (only 1 for now)
  • As much integration between mods as i could add
  • Loot Table changes (more modded items in chests)
