Description
Magic and Low-Tech 1.15 Modpack
Mekanism is included as endgame content but requires access to the end to get into. (some ways around this if you get creative)
Otherwise the mod is mostly kitchen sink and all the changes are for compatibility between the included mods.
The goal for this modpack is to have minimal overlap in mod functionality (we don't need 12 electric furnaces in one modpack).
Currently the modpack is at version 0.9 my immediate concerns for 1.0 are:
- Fixing the missing recipes for creates mechanical crafting caused by crafttweaker overwriting
- Modify the botanita orechid pallate
- Modfiy monster drops
- Add more materials to silentgear
- Make this page look less like my todo list
Long term goals for later versions will be (likely needing mods that don't exist yet, or just a lot of work):
- Less overlap between create and immersive engineering (windmills, waterwheels and conveyor belts)
- Lost Cities generation on default world
- Some more reasons to explore the world
- Quest book offering entry points and interactions between mods
Additional Notes:
- Lost Cities gen needs to be added on world creation, would suggest using the "rarecities" profile for the feel I'm trying to get for the pack
- Optifine seems to be compatible with this modpack in my playthroughs
- FTBChunks is in this pack for all your chunkloading needs
- Immersive portals is installed for seamless nether and end travel
- You can craft a complete akashic tome out of a book
- Have a great day :)
