About

Description

Welcome to IKEA—a massive store filled with cheap furniture, questionable meatballs, and endless corridors where it’s easy to get lost.

This modpack is my take on surviving inside the Infinite IKEA (SCP-3008) in Minecraft. You’re trapped in an endless store and must use whatever resources you can find to stay alive.

This is a light but challenging modpack focused on survival, immersion, and progression. You’ll need to manage your hunger and thirst, avoid unwanted attention, explore carefully, and make good use of limited resources.

At the start, you will only be able to break and collect a few items, so make sure to follow the quests it will guide you and introduce the progression system.

You have to manage your thirst and hunger to survive, but to do that you’ll need food and water, which can be found all over IKEA. Exploration is essential if you want to stay alive.

There are new movement mechanics, like wall climbing, so make sure to use them to your advantage.

The modpack also includes new audio mechanics you should be aware of: breaking or placing blocks will attract staff, and speaking too loudly will do the same. Be careful not to make any noise during the night. For the best experience, I suggest playing with voice chat enabled and setting the activation method to voice, set it up by pressing V.

To make survival more realistic, the modpack adds a weight system and smaller inventory, forcing you to carefully manage what you carry and plan your exploration and crafting.

The pack features custom progression and realistic gameplay mechanics designed to make the experience feel intense and immersive. Crafting recipes are complex and progression-based, and base building is key to survival.

It also includes light tech elements from mods like Ex Nihilo and Crossroads MC, adding resource processing and technical progression systems that complement the survival experience without overpowering it.

Main Features:

Strong focus on exploration

Complex, progression-based crafting

Strategic base building

Immersive survival mechanics (hunger, thirst, sound detection)

New movement mechanics

Weight system and smaller inventory

Light technical progression

My goal was to create a modpack built around this concept that feels realistic, difficult, and rewarding.

Please note: this modpack is currently in very early development. Only the early and early mid-game are playable at the moment. There is a quest to guide you, but it currently has no rewards. Everything you see is subject to change, and I would greatly appreciate your feedback.
