About
Description
This modpack started with the idea of creating a pack that was fun, but not too complex. A pack where players could pick up on most parts quickly (whether that meant making things more intuitive, or reducing mod clutter/redundancy), but where there would also be enough content to draw the player towards exploring their world(s).
Main Features
Farming
Crops and herbs can be grown and harvested for their use in foods, potions, and even brews.
Bees can be found underneath tree leaves. They help your plants grow faster.
Animals - both livestock and pets - are ready to join your farm. Care for them, and they will reward you with some pretty good food.
Fishing
More fish can be fished up around the world, but certain fish only spawn in certain regions.
Upgrade to iron, gold, and even diamond fishing rods.
More fishing-specific enchantments are available for rods.
Equipment
Equipment is enchanted via a minigame. No more vanilla random enchantments!
All equipment is given a random quality when it's obtained. Mix and match to find the set you like.
Dye both your equipment's name and its shimmer with dyes and runes.
Building
If there's anything this pack goes overboard on, it's aesthetic blocks.
A ton of building blocks are readily available, and with your trusty chisel, so are a ton of variants.
Functional furniture allows you to stash your books, build interesting mechanisms, and even keep track of time.
Underground
The further down you go, the harder the stone around you becomes.
Some villagers took it upon themselves to become archaeologists.
Keep on the lookout for rare crystal caves!
Exploration
The world has been completely remade, with larger, more realistic biomes. Also some fantastical biomes, the pack's not picky.
If you're looking to be nomadic, make a tent (or a handful) and pitch them around. They're bigger on the inside.
Make a portal to the hostile paradise that is the Aether. Just make sure to pack a parachute!
Find your away around the improved Nether, where new dangers and rewards await. Trade with pig villagers and fight the mighty Ghast Queen.
Storage
Options abound!
Upgrade your chests to iron, gold, diamond, even obsidian and crystal.
Carry your stuff around in a backpack that keeps stuff inside safe, even after you die.
Tech & Magic
Learn how to build machines to automate your workflow.
Study magic and learn how to harness the power of the stars to do really cool stuff.
