a lightweight, performance, kitchen sink/adventure modpack designed for me and my friends :)

I began this project because I wanted to make something oriented towards beginner Minecraft Players moving into Modded Minecraft. That step can be a daunting and overwhelming task, especially for players that have struggled to defeat the ender dragon in previous playthroughs. How do we make this less scary? Make them fight more bosses and send 'em to space!

Here's what flufcraft has to offer:

• Enhanced Storage:

Applied Energistics 2 brings the computer into your computer. With the ability to "digitize" your items, your storage is no longer limited by how many chests you can craft! Additionally, to help the early game there is Sophisticated Backpacks, Iron Chests, and Storage Drawers to fit all of the fun new items you'll pick up along the way.

• Tech Mods:

Everyone loves industrialization! In this pack, there's a heavy focus around using Create and it's additions to harness mechanical energy into contraptions that can do... almost anything; the limit is your imagination. To aid in this process, we've also included Mekanism and Thermal Series, additional core tech mods that allow for near-future tech in the mid-late game. In the end game, there's:

• Space Exploration:

Although the overworld is full to the brim with added structures from YUNG's Better Dungeons, Towns and Towers, Dungeon Crawl and more, a big end-game goal will be complete space exploration. How better to do that than through Ad Astra? In Ad Astra, players will be able to use their technology to a grander civic goal of achieving planetary mastery.

• Some magic...

To complement the fantasy of this world, players will be able to harness the magic of nature with Botania, and the magic of the arcane with Enchanted: Witchcraft. Master the dark or the light and see where it will take you!

• Other MC Improvements

A large focus of this pack is adaptable performance, especially with lower end PC's. Many performance-enhancing mods have been added for client/server side boosts, QoL, etc, all with an emphasis in easy Multiplayer fun. This is a pack made by a friend, for friends!

• WIP: Quests

Unfortunately, I'm not an expert on everything in this pack--It was made for me to play too! As I run the beta with a close group, I'll be creating and adapting custom questlines using FTB Quests to guide and ease players into new mods. The hope is that this pack will not only teach my friends about things they may be interested in, but any new player in a similar position as us. Stay tuned!
