This is a combination of our favorite mods adding new biomes, shaders, items, etc. It also contains some FPS boosting mods to prevent suttering or frame issues for midrange pcs. This modpack will most likely make your 2-week Minecraft phase longer.
Fabric is a mod loader for versions 1.14+ of Minecraft, particularly popular for client side and optimization mods.
