Goldenrod

"You are a starchild, a being created and sent to a foreign world with the sole intent of filling it with progeny. To fulfil your divine duty, you will need to gain mastery over this world, over its forces and laws. However, before you can introduce new life and dominate this world, you must first learn how to survive against its current masters."

Goldenrod is a modpack which revolves around building an empire (Minecolonies) in an increasingly hostile world (Epic Siege). You will have to learn to work the strange forces that are law; from the living fires from beneath (Embers), to the invisible essences of the planet's lifeforce (Thaumcraft, Mystical Agriculture), to even the forces of your homeland high up above (Astral Sorcery). Commune and trade with the lands natives (Village Names, Future MC), but be careful, for not all of the natives are as kind (Illager+). Once you have the fledglings of an civilization, you'll have to protect it (Spartan's Weaponry, Desertcraft, Embers, Wards) from all manners of foes (Beast Slayer, Fish's Undead Rising, Mowzie's Mobs), as well as keep it happy and well fed (HarvestCraft, Hunger Overhaul, Serene Seasons).

Features to look forward to:

-Mob invasions, building, and griefing.

-A variety of weapons with an improved combat system.

-Astral events, such as blood moons, harvest moons, meteors, and star showers.

-Increasing, dynamic difficulty (WIP).

-Quests guiding you through it all (WIP).
