Gregtech: Nuclear is one of the first, if not the first 1.7.10 gregtech modpack to contain HBM's nuclear tech mod.
HBM's Nuclear Tech Mod: Reactors, Steam engines, Nukes, and Guns
Gregtech 6: Advanced tech, Worldgen semi-overhaul, Ore gen overhaul, Progression overhaul
Pam's Harvestcraft: Lots of food items, crops, etc
Avaritia: Endgame gear, lots of grinding
Those are only the main mods of the pack, there are also 120+ structures from recurrent complex, roguelike dungeons, and doomlike dungeons, and 40+ biomes to explore, from natura and biomes o plenty
