Even though its main focus is gregtech it still has some other mods(like thaumcraft, botania, witchery, ic2 etc) that work really good with it because of insane amount of custom crafts and interactions
And it runs really good for a pack with 230 mods but it lacks some modern features so it might be not for everyone(has really good music though)
