Description

GT6 BearsDen Take2 by Bear's Den, a modpack based on gregtech 6 for minecraft 1.7.10.

if you are looking for a mainly tech pack with decent progression this might be the pack for you!

you start in the stone age, finding surface rocks and sticks to craft stone tools, while also hunting for basic ores hidden in the stones and sand to start your basic infrastructure! then you work your way to the bronze age, iron/steel age, then into electricity! and in this pack even to the moon and beyond!

gregtech 6 is different from many other mods and even older versions of gregtech! it has a few similarities such as terrafirmacraft, you have different stone layers, large ore deposits spread far apart, stones/flint and sticks scattered across the surface to make some basic tools, the only real difference is gregtech 6 is missing a bloomery and blast-furnace! BOOOH!

If you can overlook the missing things such as those, it has a lot to offer, semi balanced based on gregtech 6, and even minetweaked to make rf based power fit into the teirs of tech that gregtech 6 has. most mods in the pack have many crafting recipe's added or supported by gregtech 6 itself, some recipe's and machines have been removed by gregtech 6 and minetweaker for balancing and or the recipe was no longer needed or pointless.

you can even join bear's den on their youtube channel or on twitch and follow along, learn, and enjoy gregtech 6!
