Description

HorizonCraft Performance+

HorizonCraft Performance+ is a performance-first Fabric Vanilla+ modpack for Minecraft 1.21.11. It builds a bigger, smoother, more rewarding survival world without turning Minecraft into a kitchen-sink tech pack.

Massive View Distances Without Killing Performance

Voxy powers long-distance terrain rendering, keeping mountains, valleys, and distant landmarks visible far beyond the normal horizon. The pack is designed around Voxy and a carefully selected optimization stack including Sodium, Sodium Extra, Lithium, FerriteCore, ImmediatelyFast, EntityCulling, MoreCulling, Alternate Current, and Better Block Entities.

The result is a world built for enormous views while keeping performance and responsiveness at the center of the experience.

Beautiful Visuals

Photon is the primary recommended shader, with Iris providing shader support. Shaders are optional and are not assumed to be enabled by default.

Fresh Animations, FA All Extensions, Entity Model Features, Entity Texture Features, Continuity, 3D Skin Layers, and Not Enough Animations add richer movement, connected textures, improved entity detail, and subtle visual polish while preserving Minecraft's familiar style.

A Better World to Explore

Tectonic reshapes the Overworld with larger mountain ranges, broad valleys, and more dramatic terrain made from vanilla blocks. Dungeons & Taverns adds new structures and landmarks, Artifacts places meaningful rewards behind exploration, and Friends & Foes expands the world with creatures inspired by Minecraft's unused mob concepts.

Together, these additions make leaving home, following the horizon, and searching every structure far more rewarding than in vanilla.

Longer Progression

End Remastered changes access to the End: instead of rushing a standard set of Eyes of Ender, players must explore the world and find special Eyes before opening the portal. This is especially valuable on multiplayer servers, where the Ender Dragon should feel like a shared milestone rather than something rushed immediately after launch.

Illager Invasion expands raids and hostile encounters, while Mob AI Tweaks makes enemies and bosses more interesting to fight. Lootr gives each player their own structure loot, so early explorers do not empty every chest for everyone else.

An Expanded End

Enderscape turns the End into a place worth revisiting, with expanded biomes, terrain, atmosphere, and additional post-dragon exploration and content. Reaching the End takes longer; once you arrive, there is much more waiting beyond the dragon.

Vanilla+ Gameplay

Farmer's Delight Refabricated deepens food and farming without overwhelming the survival loop. Universal Graves makes item recovery fairer, Do a Barrel Roll improves Elytra flight, and Zoomify adds a flexible zoom.

Animation, interface, and quality-of-life changes are deliberately subtle: they improve everyday play while keeping HorizonCraft recognizably Minecraft.

Multiplayer Friendly

HorizonCraft Performance+ is intended for longer-running SMP worlds. End Remastered slows the race to the End, Lootr provides per-player structure loot, Universal Graves reduces destructive item loss, and Chunky can help server administrators pre-generate terrain.

The pack supports both client and server and is required on both sides so that world generation, progression, mobs, structures, and shared gameplay remain consistent.

Performance

The pack combines rendering, memory, simulation, culling, redstone, and block-entity optimizations chosen to complement one another. No fixed FPS figure is promised: real performance depends on your CPU, GPU, shader settings, render settings, world generation activity, and Voxy configuration.

For the best balance, start with moderate shader and render settings, then raise them gradually after testing in a newly generated world.
