Hot Springs

Originally a modpack intended be played amongst friends, the Hot Spring Modpack is a combination of mods to add features to pad out Minecraft in all aspects. This includes Adventure with mods such as Stalwart Dungeons and End Remastered to give the journey of Minecraft much more excitement. Farmer's Delight expands the food resource management of Minecraft while adding different meals and effects to the game making the experience much more enjoyable. Finally, Create adds a diverse range of options to give your world a technological age that offers much in terms of creativty.

All these mods combine give an experience that isn't found in the base game all while being great for low-end computers. It will be updated from time to time, but not very often.
