About
Description
Integrated Natural Boreholes is a modpack that focuses on a few technical and industrial mods coupled with enhancements to vanilla Minecraft, like better looks, 1.14 movement like swimming and crawling, seasons, more diverse biomes, better trees, gameplay tweaks, and small additions. The objective is to have a modpack with a small but useful amount of stuff that looks good, adds diversity and automation.
The main additions on INB are Biomes O' Plenty, OpenComputers, Refined Storage, IndustrialCraft², BuildCraft, Mekanism and Thermal Expansion, with visual enhancements like Better Foliage, Dynamic Trees, Dynamic Surroundings, ItemPhysic, Fancy Block Particles, Stellar Sky and Serene Seasons.
About the name: this modpack was called Industry-Vanilla+ on v1.0 for lack of better ideas, to be honest. After CurseForge rejected the project due to its unoriginal name I actually decided to look for a better alternative. So, a tiny breakdown:
- Integrated: integration generally means making something smaller/simpler, and compactness/simplicity is one of the points of this pack.
- Natural: in a sense, vanilla MC is natural, and improving on vanilla Minecraft is another goal of INB.
- Boreholes: boreholes are made by machines, machines are technology and are a part of industries, both of those things being themes for the pack.
